Belgian chocolate waffles


For the dough:

250 gr. butter

125 gr. sugar

1 vanilla sugar

4 eggs

150 gr. flour

25 gr. cocoa

1 chocolate pudding

2 teaspoons baking powder

200 ml of sweet cream

100 gr. crushed almonds

Method of preparation:

Mix butter and gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar. Add 1 by 1 yolk to this mixture. Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and pudding and mix with the sweet cream, then add in the butter, eggs and sugar mixture.

Mix the almonds with the egg whites and beat. Heat the toaster and apply oil. If desired, serve waffles with chocolate sauce and ice cream and with fruit.
