Hot tomato soup


2-3 tablespoons oil

½ finely chopped onion

Bay leaf

500 ml tomatoes

800 ml of water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried vegetable spice

½ teaspoon of red pepper

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon brown sugar

50 gr. small macaroni

Method of preparation:

Fry finely chopped onion and bay leaf on hot oil. Once the onions have softened, add the tomatoes, add water and allow to boil. Add all other spices to the boiling stew and stir. Add the macaroni and cook for another 10 minutes until soft.
